For hospitals and tumor boards

OncoCore in the tumor board

If you coordinate or sit on a tumor board, you know the problem: arriving at the session with every case analysed takes hours of reviewing NGS reports, guidelines and summaries of product characteristics — hours that are rarely available. OncoCore does that work in advance so the session can start where it should: with the clinical discussion.

What changes in preparation and in the session

Sessions that arrive prepared

Every case reaches the board with the molecular interpretation resolved and ordered: actionable findings classified according to AMP/ASCO/CAP, treatment options cross-checked and outstanding clinical variables already flagged. Preparation no longer depends on the time each clinician can carve out of their schedule.

Time goes back to the patient

The repetitive analysis — normalising variants, searching for evidence, checking interactions and contraindications — is resolved by the system before the session. The board's minutes go to what no software can do: assessing the individual patient.

The same criteria for everyone

The depth of molecular analysis no longer depends on who presents the case or how familiar they are with genomics. Every professional starts from the same report, built from the same sources and the same rules, which levels the starting point of the discussion.

The reasoning is documented

Every statement in the report links to its source — PMIDs, trials, guidelines, summaries of product characteristics — so the rationale for an option is recorded and can be reviewed later: in the session itself, in a case review or in an audit.

Integrated into the workflow you already have

OncoCore does not ask the service to change the way it works. The report is generated in the format the board already uses — the session document, the record annex, the service template — and the exchange with the hospital information system (HIS) or the electronic health record viewer is defined with the centre's IT department, in line with its security requirements.

And because we develop the system ourselves, adaptation is not a sales promise but a real capability: interface, formats and integration logic are adjusted to each service's protocols.

See it with a case from your specialty

We walk you through the full path on a practical non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) case: from the NGS report to the traceable document that would reach your session.
